Great gelato, brings back memeories of Rome and the small gelato shops. nutella and vanilla were the best I have had, probably the best in the world!

My girlfriend and I are positively elated by the appearance of your local store. It was open for a month or two before we found out that it had a host of soy-based flavours. Since our discovery, we have been in there almost daily! (The gianduia and coconut are especially heavenly.) Francesca is a first-generation Italian from Calabrese, a stone’s throw from Sicily, and in her younger years sampled quite a bit of traditional dairy gelato. Nevertheless, she’s as bowled over as I am, preferring chocolate and ACE gelatos herself.

I just got back from Italy where I was introduced to gelato for the first time. And what a pleasant and TASTY surprise I found when I came back home - Mondo Gelato! I came the second day they opened, and the 3rd, and 4th, and I felt like I was going to eat them out of business, so I skipped the 5th day. But I came back for more on the 6th. HaHa! And trust me, I’ll be back for more...Thanks Mondo Gelato Crew for the great service and the GREAT gelato

I’m currently studying abroad in la bella Italia and am eating my fair share of gelato, but I must say the taste of Mondo rivals any gelato found here. For example, pistaccio (or “pistacchio” in Italian) at Mondo has a real nutty taste, while here the flavour is subtle and toned down. Plus the selection at Mondo is yet to be beat! Most gelaterias around here have a max of twenty flavors: pathetic!! For a selection that takes your breath away, it’s Mondo all the way. I miss my local Mondo, and send greetings to the entire Mondo Family. Salute!
